1. Who we are
Internet Village s.à r.l.s., registered in Luxembourg (R.C.S. B244.614), with offices at 15 Quartier de l'Église, L-4987 Sanem, Luxembourg, is the data controller for personal data collected via this website. You can reach us at contact@internet-village.lu.
2. What we collect
This website only collects personal data that you actively submit:
- Information sent through the contact form (name, email address, optional company name, and message).
- Any other information you choose to send us by email.
The Inter font used on this site is hosted locally. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other third-party font service.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-477RG1948D) to collect privacy-limited analytics about visits and page usage. Analytics is loaded only after you click "Accept analytics" on our cookie banner. If you refuse, no request is sent to Google and no cookies are set. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
We do not enable Google signals, advertising features, profiling, or data sharing for advertising purposes in our GA4 property. Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses from EU users; IP data is used only transiently for geo-location derivation before being discarded. Where Google processes analytics data outside the European Economic Area, it relies on applicable transfer safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Why we process it
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver an engagement with you. Our legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries about our services.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Enquiries that lead to a project are retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Luxembourg accounting and tax law.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers only where strictly necessary to operate this website: website hosting and contact-form delivery (Netlify), email hosting, and, if you consent, analytics (Google Analytics). These providers process personal data only as required to deliver those services and under appropriate data-processing terms.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@internet-village.lu.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was most recently revised.
