2. What we collect

We collect enquiry information and website usage information. Enquiry information includes:

The Inter font used on this site is hosted locally. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other third-party font service.

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-477RG1948D) to collect statistics about visits and page usage. We run it with Google Consent Mode. Before you make a choice, and if you refuse, analytics storage stays denied: Google Analytics does not read or write analytics cookies on your device, and cookieless pings with limited information may be sent for measurement modelling. Only after you click "Accept analytics" on our cookie banner do we enable cookie-based analytics. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer.

We do not enable Google signals, advertising features, profiling, or data sharing for advertising purposes in our GA4 property. Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses from EU users; IP data is used only transiently for geo-location derivation before being discarded. Where Google processes analytics data outside the European Economic Area, it relies on applicable transfer safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Why we process it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver an engagement with you. Our legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries about our services.

We use website usage information to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. Analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent. Limited measurements without cookies may be sent before you choose or if you decline, as described in section 2.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Enquiries that lead to a project are retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Luxembourg accounting and tax law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers only where strictly necessary to operate this website: website hosting and contact-form delivery (Netlify), email hosting, and website analytics (Google Analytics, with consent settings as described in section 2). These providers process personal data only as required to deliver those services and under appropriate data-processing terms.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability.
